Information we handle

We handle birth dates, birth times, birthplaces, latitude and longitude, question themes, question text, tarot choices, contact details, purchase request details, payment status, access logs, cookies, device data, and event data only as needed to provide and improve the service.

Analytics and personal data

We do not send names, email addresses, birth dates, birthplaces, or question text to Google Analytics. Diagnosis start, result view, purchase request, payment return, PDF save, and similar events may be sent without those personal details.

Payment and maps

When paid reports are available, an approved external payment provider processes card and payment data on its own checkout page. Google Maps or coordinates may be used to identify birthplace latitude, longitude, and time zone.

Deletion and contact

If you want disclosure, correction, suspension, or deletion of personal data we hold, contact us from the contact page. We respond after reasonable identity confirmation.
